Record: près de 1200 St-Nicolas dévalent gratuitement les pistes de Verbier

Ils étaient près de 1200 à se prêter au jeu, ce samedi, sur les pistes de Verbier. Tous, petits et grands se sont déguisés en St-Nicolas pour profiter d'une journée de ski gratuite.

Ils étaient deux fois plus nombreux à jouer le jeu que l'an dernier.

Plus de 1150 St-Nicolas ont profité de skier à Verbier (VS) samedi. Hommes, femmes, enfants se sont prêtés au jeu, attirés par une journée de ski gratuite dans des "conditions idéales".

C'est la 3e fois que Verbier organise un tel rassemblement, a expliqué samedi à l'ats Eric Balet, CEO de TéléVerbier. La participation a fait un bond: l'an dernier, près de 650 personnes s'étaient prêtées au jeu.

 

 

Un train spécialement affrété depuis Genève a amené gratuitement près de 200 Saint-Nicolas au Châble (VS), le tout sous la houlette de la compagnie ferroviaire RegionAlps.

Au total, près de 5500 skieurs ont profité de la journée. Et Eric Balet en attend 10'000 pour tout le week-end, "ce qui est exceptionnel pour un début décembre."
