We are in the full flow of Paléo right now. Once again the festival is on many people’s lips, including mine. I love the whole six-day event even though at the end of it, I am so tired I feel I could sleep another six days to recuperate from it all.
Even if you aren’t a fan of this festival it’s difficult to avoid if you are in town. The supermarkets are full of (often barefoot) visitors buying beer and food in bulk to lug back to the campsites. The little red train shuttles back and forth between Nyon and L’Asse all through the night and the queues to get on the train often snake right round past La Roulotte and into the railway underpass.
